"We cannot thank Matt (and Neil) enough for the incredible job he did in helping us with our reactive and obsessive Dalmatian. We had gotten into a pattern of reinforcing all the wrong things and struggled to walk him without him causing scene. Matt spent the afternoon showing us how to show leadership and direct our dog properly. Almost instantly he was able to walk alongside other dogs and relax. Today we have enjoyed our first ever relaxed walk, we stopped at a cafe to have a drink and watch the world go by, with a chilled dog who was just happy to watch other dogs pass by. We feel like we’ve now got the tools to make all our lives easier. It’s a massive adjustment for us both but everything Matt said made perfect sense and is backed up by the amazing changes we’ve see already. We can now look forward to our dog enjoying life with us!"
